		<description>The malware protection programs mentioned are excellent. I use a lot of these free programs as well. For diskcleanup however, I run CCleaner (again freeware) and for defragger, I chose a full version of Diskeeper to run in background mode and keep the drives in good shape. As mentioned, the Windows defragmenter has its limitations and for someone who needs to defrag regularly, it can be a huge pain to manually analyze, run defrag when the PC is idle and troubleshoot hangs and restarts. Diskeeper simplifies the task significantly and its advanced features like low free space defrag are very useful.</description>
